A 1,221 sq ft waterfront apartment in Austin's historic Rainey Street district, transformed for a private client in three months. Stelly Selway created a warm, highly personalized first home rooted in natural beauty and local Texas craftsmanship. Lime-washed walls, charmeuse hemp silk treatments, and custom maple shelving by Growler Domestics define the palette. Curvilinear furnishings, a raw cypress bench by a Boerne maker, and paintings by San Antonio artist Leroy Winter complete the design.
